We have been using Pet Nana for several months now and are most pleased with the service. The time they spend with our best friend is far superior to the
boarding service we used previously. As a bonus, we save a few dollars every day when circumstances permit.

We have developed a strong relationship with our pet's caregiver in a short time, thanks to the concern for our pet and feedback she provides on a ongoing basis. Our pet has health issues and Pet Nana helps us monitor our pet's well being. She never pushes our pet beyond his comfort zone but continues to serve his needs.

I would like to recommend Pet Nanas to anyone with pets. Since we began to use their service, my life is so much easier. With two full grown, very active, Labrador Retrievers, it was always a lot of trouble to be out of town. We had to transport them to the kennel, carry their supplies, food, toys, and bedding. We often had to pay for extra nights of boarding when we had to leave or return home on Saturdays or Sundays. With Pet Nanas service, we only pay for the visits made, and we have our dogs here waiting for us when we return. Wendy and Lily love their Nanas. They are so much happier staying home while we are gone. It also gives us peace of mind knowing they are coming to our home to check on things, and can notify us if anything seems out of the ordinary.

I recently took a 13 day trip. This was the longest I had ever been scheduled to leave my cats. I began to look for a pet sitter and was given Pet Nana's name by my Vet. Glenda took great care of my cats, picked up my mail, and kept my bird feeder filled so the cats could watch the birds. She even e-mailed pictures of the cats so I could see how they were doing. What a Gift from Heaven. My husband and I relocated from the Raleigh area with no one to watch our dogs when we go out of town. I found the website just by goggling. Once I met Glenda, I knew we had a pet sitter for life. My dogs immediately warmed up to her and even tried to get on her lap. Mind you, one of our dogs is 138 pounds. We can go out of town, and return to happy well-adjusted dogs. In fact, I sometimes think they are disappointed to see us and not Glenda. Any one hesitant to have someone come into your home and take care of your dogs be hesitant NO LONGER. This is the only way I will leave town and my Babies in someone else's care.

Because of Glenda and Petnanas, both my husband and I have become volunteers with the Iredell County Humane Society and in fact, currently have two dogs were are fostering as well. Thanks for all you do Glenda and PETNANAS !

My husband and I moved here from New England last year.  I picked up a flyer for Pet Nanas at a Statesville veterinarians office and it was a great find!  We knew no one in Statesville and were worried about leaving our cats and traveling back and forth to New England.  After meeting Glenda and Linda our worries were over.  They are not only professional but also two of the most warm and caring women I have ever met.  Their service goes above and beyond what you would expect.  We are very comfortable knowing our cats will be well cared for if we are gone for a week or a day. 

Recently we lost one of our beloved cats, Miss Muffet.  She had a blood clot at 6:45 in the morning, which paralyzed her back legs.  I was panicked and didn’t know who to call, so I called Glenda at that hour of the morning and she was wonderful.  She told me who to call, comforted me, and gave me directions to the veterinarian’s office that opened the earliest.  She checked on me again later and sadly there was nothing the vet could do to save our Muffy.  Linda called as well to comfort me and tell me to call her anytime if I just needed to talk.  They did all this in spite of having suffered a personal loss of their own the day before.  This is again way beyond anything you would expect from a pet sitting service.  A short time later, Glenda found us a new cat, Mitzi.  We didn’t want our other cat, Natasha, to be alone.  Mitzi has been a delightful addition to our family, thanks to Glenda!   We highly recommend the Pet Nanas staff to care for your animals and your home!

My family and myself (dogs included) highly recommend Pet Nanas for a worry free vacation.  Ms. Glenda is very professional and leaves nothing undone.  We have three dogs a Golden Retriever, Sheltie, and a Great Dane.  She certainly had her work cut out for her.  She took great care of them.  She made three trips a day to feed them, water them, and play with them.  She even gave them massages!!  She left me notes for every visit.  I also called home and got to speak with them.  Along with taking great care of them she also looked my mail and took out the trash.  She was considerate enough to notice that my hummingbird feeders were empty.  She took them home, washed them and filled them back up.  When we returned home everyone was very happy. I don’t think they missed us at all!  We will definitely use Pet Nanas again in the future.

I have four Cocker Spaniels Alex, Misty, Mandy and Nevaeh. These are my four footed children. They love Glenda. Alex and Misty were rescues. Alex came to live with us at 9 months of age. The former owner had abused him. He was not people friendly at all. The first time he met Glenda and her husband Rodney they bonded. Instead of hiding he became a lap puppy with both. I was well aware of her love for animals, but it was great to see Alex respond to her in this way. Animals know who love them and it was love at first sight for my Mr. Alex.  I have had an emergency arise where I needed to leave for two weeks. It is very comforting to know that my babies were being taken care of by someone who loves them as much as I do. I never worry about their care while I am away. To tell the truth, they love her almost as much as they love me. I travel frequently with my dogs. Glenda’s phone number is on all my dogs ID tags. She is their God Mother. If something were to happen to me I wanted the peace of mind knowing that Glenda could be called and my beloved pets would be taken care of by someone they already know and love.
